Unique Set Up
Each hole will represent a new church start in Kenya or Uganda. A total of $2,000 per church is needed to ensure its long term success.
The $2,000 pays for the following:
Church Building: $1,200 pays for wood frame and tin roof. The church members mud the walls, finish the floor and build the pews.
Pastor Training: $300 per year for two years provides the pastor with seminary training.
Pastor’s Bicycle: $100 provides a pastor a bicycle to use for ministry, as they must travel many miles for ministry and evangelism.
Bibles for New Christians: $100 provides each church with 10 Bibles in their language to use for new member training.
We know this model works. We began 160 churches in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzaniza over the past six years. Each of them continue to grow and reach more people.
In 2014, we will have three medical teams going to new areas of Kenya, where there are no evangelical churches. We plan to start 30 new churches upon our completion.
We will have a 4-man scramble with prizes for the top three teams. You may form your team or be placed with others to form a team. Any business or individual to donate the total $2,000 for an entire church receives their foursome free.
Cost per individual for green fee, cart and breakfast is $100.
